About Me
　I'm an optimistic person with good time management skills, and I always do my best to achieve KPIs. Collaborating with team members to create a positive, fun, and lively learning atmosphere has always been my work priority. Furthermore, to be a CEO, we have increased our yearly company income to NT$ 17,000,000 through a diversity of tasks.
　Moreover, I’ve strengthened the department of Human Resources within EVA Airline and thus earned recognition and acknowledgement from my supervisors. In 3 years, I’ve published 3 SSCI papers with very high impact factors (Q1 and Q2) and 1 TSSCI paper.
